张琳琳,博士,中国科学院海洋研究所研究员。2007年获中国海洋大学水产养殖学学士学位,2012年获中国科学院海洋研究所水产养殖学博士学位。随后分别在康奈尔大学和佛罗里达大学从事进化生物学博士后研究。2018年入选中央组织部千人计划青年项目,并回国组建课题组,从事海洋无脊椎动物进化与环境适应研究。

迄今共发表SCI 收录论文32 篇,累计引用次数超过1,900 次。其中以第一作者、共同第一作者或通讯作者的身份在NatureNature CommunicationsPNAS等国际主流杂志上发表15篇论文。相关研究被New York TimesThe Atlantic 等著名第三方媒体宣传报道。发表于PNAS的第一作者论文获得2017年度美国国家科学院院刊 Cozzarelli奖。

l  研究领域                                           

      运用分子生物学、遗传学和功能基因组学等多学科途径,聚焦于生物多样性丰富的海洋冠轮动物(贝类和多毛类等),解析动物适应性性状的进化模式和遗传调控机制。目前开展的工作包括:

1.        适应性性状的基因表达调控和进化模式;

2.        海洋冠轮动物代表种基因编辑(CRISPR/Cas9)和表观遗传调控等平台开发;

3.        上述基因资源在海水养殖关键性状中的发掘利用;
